Symantec Web Security Gateway

Install/maintain/support/diagnose various proxy/filtering solutions
 Install and configure upgrades/updates
  Configure and maintain Web/Email filtering policies 
    Perform database maintenance on Web/Email filtering management consoles
 Maintain/update documentation, as well as, document exceptions to standards.
 At least 5 years of experience supporting multiple customer base systems and network environments utilizing either Symantec (Bluecoat), McAfee Web Gateway, or Cisco /WSA.
Provides timely and adequate response to threats/alerts, including off-hour support.
The ability to assess security events to drive to a resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, specialized systems training, or equivalent work experience
Basic core Routing & TCP/IP knowledge
Strong, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to execute with a sense of urgency
